Bob is not a Medical doctor. In fact, at the beginning of his book, he states that he knows almost nothing about medicine, and has no formal training in the health field. He has learned what he knows about health by reading, researching and talking to others about health. 
More than anything, he states, it takes understanding through experience. Like Bob says "What does it take to understand how to Achieve Great Health, a doctorate or a few letters behind your name?" These are his observations about why he believes Ionized water is so healthy.

Ionized Water-The water that becomes everything

In order to be healthy we need only do three things: Alkalize, Hydrate and Detoxify the body. If we can accomplish this, we can prevent and even cure the body of any disease. All we need to know is how to achieve this. Ionized water accomplishes all these things and much more. It alkalizes, hydrates and detoxifies the body much more effectively than any other substance. Today, I heard about the death of a woman I knew most of my life. She was in her 61st year.  Mother, Wife, Grandmother, Friend. Cancer.
Two days ago, a man my husband played baseball with died. He was in his 49th year. He left behind a wife and two young children. Cancer.

My mission is to educate myself so that I can live a long and healthy life. I became a grandmother in 2009 to two beautiful babies, and I want to be around to see them grow up to become parents, and even grandparents someday! And I want to be able to enjoy it. Is that too much to ask? Definitely not.


Have you been to a nursing home lately? The elderly are either lying in bed being fed, washed and changed or they are being wheeled around because they can't get around themselves. 
They are building more and more nursing homes for us 'babyboomers' because most people cannot take care of themselves as they age. Is this what you want your future to be like? Think about it!

I have not been to a doctor in approximately 13 years, (my son is 13), and we do not even have aspirin or advil in our house.
I turned 50 in December, 2009, and I feel as good now as I did when I was 30. Maybe even better!

A great many people are misguided when it comes to drinking water. They feel that it is just not important and many simply do not drink any water at all. Also, even if you do drink a lot of water, it is vital to be drinking the proper kind of water. If you drink tap, reverse- osmosis, distilled or bottled water you may want to read on!

75% of Americans are chronically dehydrated. (this likely applies to half the world population)

In 37% of Americans, the thirst mechanism is so weak that it is mistaken for hunger.

Even MILD dehydration will slow down one's metabolism as much as 3%.
